We are a Dallas/Fort Worth mindfulness meditation group, part of the Community of Mindful Living. We are especially convenient for those located in the Mid-Cities, as we meet in Grapevine, Texas. We do sitting and walking meditation, and we also have teachings, and sharing.
Come and join us on Monday evenings at 7 PM! We are always open to new members. We also offer yoga at 6 PM, a great way to prepare for meditation. So feel free to come early if you can.**
Our sangha follows in the tradition of Thich Nhat Hanh, but we are open to people of all faiths. In fact we often have guest speakers from different traditions, upholding the spirit that all spokes lead to the same hub, and truth is still truth, whichever cultural guise it may take. The myriad spiritual benefits of mindfulness are available to all of us. So whatever your belief system may be, you are sure to learn something valuable and meaningful at our Dharma talks.
We are very pleased about our new location at Grapevine Physical Therapy as of the beginning of April. This space has plenty of room for our sangha, and an outdoor area in which we may do walking meditation or sitting meditation.
We hope to see you soon. May you be happy!
** There are no entry fees, everything is donation based. Donations help us to pay the rent and bring in guest speakers, so we thank you for your generosity. We also donate periodically, when we have a surplus, to charity. Our charity of choice is currently Grace Gardens, who help feed the hungry in Grapevine.
We are located at:
